Join one of this most competitive races in the country for this open congressional seat. Our competitive Long Island congressional campaign is looking for a Field Director to develop and implement an aggressive field program.
Responsibilities
- · Develop district wide Field Plan
- · Maintain Field Budget
- · Create and maintain relationships with district stake holders
- · Write scripts, talking points, and training materials
- · Hire and train field staff
- · Recruit and train volunteer leadership
- · Oversee Petition program
Qualifications
- · Understand field targeting and metrics
- · 1 – 2 years' experience working in Field
- · Proficiency with VAN, Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- · Management experience
- · A desire to learn and work with other aspects of the campaign
- · Be able to handle multiple projects
- · Self-motivated and willingness to work long hours
Compensation
Salary is competitive and based on experience
