The Position: Associate is needed immediately to work with multiple political and non-profit clients on fundraising, event planning, call time, donor maintenance, research and prospecting. Successful applicant will be the associate on selected non-profits and political clients and will need to be able to hit the ground running. This is an EXTREMELY fast paced environment.
Non-profit organizations comprise a sizable amount of our clientele in our NYC office. Candidate must be comfortable with fundraising for and working with, non-profit organizations and leadership. This includes event production of major galas and events as well as fundraising around these projects in addition to overall fundraising campaigns.
Individual must be a self-starter who is detail oriented and is able to multi-task, juggle competing client needs, be organized and prioritize tasks. Applicant must be proficient in NGP and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with PowerPoint and the creation of marketing materials. Finally, applicant must be willing and able to work long, campaign type hours. Salary is in the 30's with full benefits and vacation time, as well as opportunity for rapid advancement with proper initiative and positive early results.
