Top tier statewide campaign in California is seeking full-time Field Organizer for an aggressive Campus Outreaching Program. Field Organizer will be responsible for executing the statewide field plan and the supervision of our volunteers and interns within his/her assigned region. Field Organizer will report directly to the State Director. 

With mass incarceration destroying African-American and Latino families, Bowers Consulting Firm has partnered up with Californians for Responsible Marijuana Reform (CRMR) to ensure the biggest Criminal Justice Reform ballot initiative in the country is passed this November.  Bowers Consulting Firm Field Organizers are mentors and leaders, communication specialists and strategic planners. On any given day our Field Organizer will participate in a wide range of activities, anywhere from a Campus Outreach event on college campuses in Los Angeles to identifying the strengths of the newest organizer on the team with leadership staff.

As a Field Organizer you will be in the front-lines of making sure Proposition 64 passes by creating one of the largest volunteer and internship programs in the state with only less than 30 days left until Election Day.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensuring that all staff is properly trained and consistently productive throughout the day.

· Ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and exceeded.

· Ensuring that all required reporting is accurate and timely and that all regional data is entered on time.

· Monitoring metrics within each assigned region including call per shift, flake rate, completion rate, persuasion rate; implementing rigorous systems to meet assigned goals associated with this metrics. 

· Representing the campaign at community events and meetings when advised by the campaign.

Qualifications:

· At least 2-3 cycles of competitive field experience.

· Strong knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN or PDI.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Basic computer literacy, database skills, and access to a reliable portable computer.

· Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics driven work environment.

· Must have reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

· Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while handling multiple projects.

· Ability to work independently and in team settings.

· Strong coaching skills and abilities.

· Winning Mentality 

· Bilingual experience is a plus, but not required.
