Maryland General Assembly candidate in Montgomery County is looking for a campaign manager and other volunteer advisers.
Campaign Manager Duties:
- Help develop the campaign plan, fundraising agenda, and budget.
- Serve as operational lead on the campaign plan on a day-to-day basis.
- Build and oversee volunteer staff.
- Staff the candidate at events as necessary and maintain events calendar.
- Build and strengthen relationships with local stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least one cycle of campaign volunteer experience preferred.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn VAN.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ties to Montgomery County a plus.
Other volunteer needs:
- Social media and graphic design help
- Photography and videography
- Canvassing and field
- serving as an extra set of hands at events in DC and Montgomery County
- translation skills
