Marketing Field Organizer
American & Interstate Signcrafters runs a marketing program largely based off of political campaign's field organizer model and strategies.
Market field organizers, therefore, will be trained and expected to data mine likely buyers, conduct extensive call time, and be assigned a specific geographical, or market vertical, where they arrange "Meet and Greets," "Lunch and Learns," fulfill vendor pre-qualifications, and secure "early meets" coordinated with a company-wide trade show program.
Market Field Organizers will bear primary responsibility for execution of the GoTo Market plan in their assigned vertical region. They will manage, and be trained, on data collection, direct mail strategies, and SFDC. They will report to the Sales & Marketing Coordinator and expected to be comfortable working in a competitive, political campaign-like environment.
Knowledge of MailChimp, SalesForce, Netsuite, or comparable CRM preferred. Knowledge of
Adobe Suite and willingness to learn qualitative polling techniques a plus.
