A top targeted Congressional race in California is looking for an experienced Field Director. This will be one of the most competitive congressional races in the country.
Responsibilities will include:
-Writing a comprehensive field plan
-Hiring and managing a staff of field organizers
-Work with local Democratic organizations
-Manage all data for the field program
-Oversee all reporting by staff and volunteers
-Staff the candidate at events as necessary
-Manage and lead a house party program
Qualifications:
-Multiple cycles of field experience required
-Experience with PDI a plus
-Ability to work long hours including weekends
-Must be highly motivated, organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary commensurate with experience.
