A congressional campaign is quickly seeking incredible Field Organizers (FO's) to operate a robust, aggressive field program. This campaign is for a front-runner candidate in a competitive primary for a Republican-held seat. The candidate is the only primary challenger shown to be viable against the incumbent and presents a great opportunity to flip a seat in the House of Representatives.
This is a top tier, targeted, red-to-blue campaign and will be heavily invested in throughout the primary and general election. FO's will have the opportunity to learn from a highly skilled campaign staff already on the ground, and to grow themselves professionally through the nature of the race.
Requirements:
A go-getter spirit
The ability to work independently and creatively
High energy and an outgoing disposition
A commitment to positive team culture
A strong desire to elect Democrats and unseat Republicans
Car, computer, and phone
Benefits:
Housing provided
Gas stipends/cards provided as needed
Salary is, at minimum, standard to the position but also commensurate with experience
Additional Qualifications:
