Position: Call Time Manager
Summary: A congressional campaign in a targeted district is seeking a dynamic and talented Call Time Manager to be a part of an experienced team and motivated candidate in a 2018 Democratic primary and through the General election.
This campaign is looking to elect in Congress. The Call Time Managers are responsible for managing the call time process with candidates.
Responsibilities include:
· Staff and manage call time operation for the campaign, including candidate, supporters, etc.
· Conduct donor research on prospective donors who will be called during call time
· Pulling call sheets and preparing for call time, whether on physical sheets or remote
· Work hand with a candidate and finance team to help execute an aggressive finance plan
· Generate prospects and produce donor research that identifies new targets
· Help track and manage the fundraising progress in numerous areas of fundraising
· Help plan out of fundraising events travel and staffing fundraisers as needed
Our ideal candidate for the position has the following qualifications:
· Ability to think aggressively and creatively about fundraising and politics in general
· Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team environment
· Some understanding of federal campaign finance laws
· Experience with NGP, ActBlue, and Excel
· Willingness to be flexible, work hard, and work campaign hours.
· At-least one cycle of campaign finance experience
This is a full-time position located Nevada. Applicants must be willing to relocate and be prepared to hit the ground running.
