A competitive Pennsylvania Congressional campaign in the Philadelphia suburbs seeks enthusiastic applicant to assist on our finance team. Previous experience preferred but not required. Must be willing to relocate and have a personal laptop. A reliable vehicle is necessary.
-- Responsibilities will include:
-Donor research
-Prepare call lists, including: determining which lists to call, evaluating call sheet content, and writing additional notes on the sheet to draw attention for the candidate
-Send all follow up after calls. A combination of letters, emails, and call backs are needed
-Staff call time for the candidate when in Pennsylvania
-Staff call time for the campaign manager and finance director as needed
-Update call time tracker
-Assist with coordinating larger fundraising events, including recruiting and regular check ins with event hosts, tracking RSVP and contributions, and preparing invitations
