Field Director
South Dakota congressional race is hiring for the position of Field Director. The ideal candidate is capable of setting and accomplishing goals with minimal direct supervision, capable of regular travel, and has a history of working successfully within volunteer-based field programs.
Applicants should:
· Have Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite
· Possess Familiarity with Volunteer CRMs, such as VAN.
· Show Demonstrated success in organizing volunteer-based field plans.
· Be able to relocate to Sioux Falls, SD.
· Have willingness to work long and irregular hours, as a political campaign requires.
Applicants will:
· Implement the campaign's field plan and GOTV plan.
· Recruit and train fellows for the field campaign.
· Report daily to the Campaign Manager on progress towards goals.
· Travel as necessary to organize volunteers in the state.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
