Major race in Harris County TX seeks Digital Director. The Digital Director will report to the Communication Director and will be responsible for drafting and executing all aspects of the campaign's digital engagement plan.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Drafting the campaign's digital outreach plan and ensuring it's alignment with the overall campaign plan
- Daily Management of the campaign's website, email, and social media presence
- Experience leveraging digital platforms in support of the campaign's fundraising
- Responsible for innovation and overseeing the implementation of new voter engagement technologies
- Superb graphic design skills ( photography and video editing skills are a plus)
- Experience with Blue State Digital or similar platforms is strongly
- Minimum 1 cycle of experience managing a campaign's social media and digital presence (3 cycles of experience required for remote candidates)
- This position is fulltime and requires long campaign hours, including nights and weekends.
