Campaign Operatives - Vote Goal Organizing
Vote Goal Organizing is a team of political operatives who have worked on hundreds of races at the federal, state, and local levels supporting progressive candidates and causes. We partner with candidates, issue groups, and unions across the country that share our vision for a progressive future and we are looking to grow our team for the upcoming election. We are currently hiring for races in New Jersey, Georgia, Arizona, Ohio, Minnesota, Nevada, and Colorado.
The staffers we are looking for possess the following attributes:
• Willingness to travel across the country on short notice
• Commitment to the success of a campaign by working long hours every day to achieve goals
• Tech-savvy capabilities such as proficiency in excel and quickly learning how to use modern campaign technologies[G1]
• Self-starter who takes the initiative without needing oversight
• Capable of problem-solving in high-stress situations[G2]
• Ability to work with a diverse team of people with varying skill sets, skill levels, and backgrounds
