The Project Coordinator works directly for partners. They support all aspects of the partner's travel, scheduling, logistics, and background research. They also provide support for the full team working under the partner on a wide range of global and domestic political, advocacy, and corporate projects. Their primary responsibilities include scheduling travel and meetings for the partner, coordinating meetings and workflow for the partner and the team, background research, and proofing of data and client deliverables.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience staffing principles to be involved in political consulting and polling work, and we strongly encourage anyone with political interest or international experience to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities
Partner Management/Support
- Scheduling and providing executive-level support to our partners, to include scheduling travel and meeting logistics, and handling expenses.
- Field and efficiently manage calls for international partners
- Coordinate with members of the international team to track progress of all team projects.
Research & Analysis
- Support all aspects of team projects
- Conduct background research for projects and new business
- Keep abreast of news events and developments pertinent to clients and ensure team is kept informed
- Work with GQR operations staff to coordinate all facets of research
- Ensure client deliverables are proofed, number-checked, and error free
- Set up graphs for research presentation
- Assist with the digital and social media tasks as needed
- Travel abroad and domestically to cover focus groups
- Provide training and oversight to interns
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (including, but not limited to, political science, public policy, international relations, statistics, math, business)
- 1- 2 years experience with executive scheduling, travel & logistics
- Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and reliability
- High interest in public opinion research
- High interest and experience with political campaigns
- Strong communication and writing skills
- High comfort with data and numbers
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships on a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task with multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of campaign structures and processes
- Knowledge of comparative politics a plus
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data a plus
- Knowledge of digital/social media strategy a plus
