Role:
MobilizeAmerica is at a pivotal point in its growth. We've successfully proven our product in the 2018 midterms, where we worked with 450+ campaigns and drove over 380,000 people to 750,000+ volunteer shifts. Now we are growing the team and investing to have the maximum possible impact in 2020 and beyond.
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients and users get the highest value out of the Mobilize platform. This job is perfect for someone with account management experience who knows what they want out of an organizing tool, and wants to make a difference in the political tech space.
You will:
Work with our partners and key stakeholders to build their digital organizing programs with Mobilize at the center. You'll listen to their feedback and challenges and communicate with our Product team to help make our platform the best it can be for our clients, specifically:
Serve as the primary point of contact to senior stakeholders at some of our largest clients -- including Presidential primary campaigns and national progressive organizations
Use analytics and metrics to show clients how they are doing with the platform and make suggestions for tactics to increase traffic and conversion to their events
Conduct trainings and onboardings with campaign, advocacy and grassroots partners and clients
Quickly triage client requests via Intercom
Help foster an organizing-focused culture at Mobilize with an enthusiasm for new and unique use cases
You'll Bring:
4+ years of professional experience
Background in digital, organizing and/or digital organizing in a campaign or advocacy environment.
Experience working with clients at a technology company or consulting firm preferred
Familiarity with digital and digital organizing tools in the electoral or advocacy space
Experience implementing the rollout and management of digital organizing tools in a field program preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills. You are comfortable leading a conversation with senior client stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges and offering solutions/suggestions to guide them towards the best usage of the platform
You are comfortable acting as a translator between field/digital and tech. You can clearly explain technical features and concepts to a non-technical audience and communicate specific product requirements to our engineering team
Team player attitude. You'll do whatever it takes to get the job done, to help clients recruit volunteers and reach their goals. No task is too low.
