Responsibilities:
Conduct voter outreach through canvassing and phonebanking
Recruit and manage a team of volunteers and interns in your turf
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations in your turf
Other as requested or assigned
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At least one cycle of campaign or issue advocacy organizing preferred
Commitment to transparency
Demonstrated success working with people unlike yourself
Ability and willingness to work long and varied hours, including nights and weekends
