Responsibilities Include
· Scheduling for CEO
· Submitting invoices
· Drafting contracts
· Maintaining an organized contact data base
· Attending fundraising call time with clients and fundraising events
· Planning events in Los Angeles and across the country
· Engaging in donor research
Qualifications
· Reliable mode of transportation and valid driver's license
· Excellent organizational skills
· Able to attend evening and weekend events
· Political fundraising or campaign experience is recommended
Compensation
· Commensurate with experience with bonuses for achieving fundraising goals.

About Tracy Austin
Tracy has twenty-five years of experience in politics and government, at the national, state, and local level. Tracy began her career in the Clinton White house. She began working in California in 2001 starting with Governor Gray Davis and has since done extensive work in the region with Governor Gavin Newsom, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Attorney General Xavier Becerra, among many others.
Tracy's clients currently include Congressman Gil Cisneros, LAUSD School Board Members Monica Garcia and Nick Melvoin, State Senate candidate Kipp Mueller, and San Diego County Supervisor Nathan Fletcher. She recently completed her work as statewide fundraising consultant for Marshall Tuck in his 2018 race for California Superintendent of Public Instruction, after having performed the same role in his 2014 campaign. Tracy was the chief fundraising consultant for Nick Melvoin and Kelly Gonez in their victorious 2017 campaigns for LAUSD school board. Tracy was also an advisor to former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, helping him raise $5 million for 2013 LAUSD school board elections that were vital to his education reform initiatives. She also raised $23 million for the independent expenditure campaign supporting Mayor Villaraigosa's gubernatorial bid.
Tracy served as a lead finance consultant and political advisor to California Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom and Congressman Xavier Becerra. She also served as a lead fundraiser to Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack, Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd and Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell.
She previously served as Finance Director for Governor Gray Davis' recall election and as a member of the finance team that raised an unprecedented $68 million dollars for Governor Davis' reelection campaign.
Tracy also served in Governor Davis' administration, in President Clinton's White House, and at the Department of Labor under Secretary Bob Reich.
