Resonance Campaigns, a growing political direct mail firm, is seeking a project coordinator to support the team in developing and executing direct mail and media campaigns for our political campaign clients.
This role will be based in our DC office, a fun, fast-paced environment with a friendly and hard-working team.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help manage day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Communicate with printers and other vendors
- Provide backup support at all stages of mail process, including proofreading
- Assist firm partners with scheduling and other projects as needed
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A commitment to electing Democrats to public office
- High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail
- An ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sense of humor
