We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented analyst to work on public opinion and market research for Democratic political campaigns, public interest groups, membership organizations and businesses.
Unlike larger firms, our small staff means our analysts regularly engage in high-level duties, presenting the opportunity to gain unparalleled experience, work for amazing clients on issues of national import, and contribute to meaningful political change.
Ideal applicants: 1-3 years experience, have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (including but not limited to: political science, public policy, international relations, statistics, math) must be able to handle a high-pressured working environment, and work well in a team atmosphere. Salary dependent on experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create initial drafts of qualitative and quantitative research instruments (focus group and in-depth interview moderation guides and survey instruments)
· Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate these findings into written and oral presentations
· Serve as point person for our clients and internal teams – managing projects from conception to completion

· Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research
· Some experience with statistics and/or statistics software such as SPSS/R/STATA
