Clarify, Digital Ads Director (SF) -- $119k-138k + bonus eligibility

Hi, I'm helping Clarify (a progressive digital agency based in San Francisco) find a Digital Ads Director to lead the ads team that is responsible for client services, media planning, and ad program execution on self-serve ad platforms and direct placements with publishers.

The role is based in San Francisco and the salary range is ~$119-138k, with the potential for a large end-of-cycle bonus contingent on firm performance.

This would be a good fit for someone with significant (5-7+ years) experience in digital advertising that includes both awareness/persuasion and direct response campaigns, as well as deep familiarity with Google and Facebook ads, DSP software, and first-party ad servers.

Previous ad experience in the context of politics or advocacy is a major plus, and a successful candidate should be excited to help elect Democrats and have more than a passing "I read the news" familiarity with politics.

Note: This role is currently conceived of as straddling client services and digital media buying, but there's an openness to reconfigure this into more of a pure media role for someone who's more technical but lacks the client services background. If that's you, please just mention it in the application.

If you have any questions, please let me know. And if you're interested, please go ahead and apply directly with Clarify
