Job Description

A progressive digital media and strategic communications firm seeks a talented digital strategist to join our team. Account Management and Client Relations

  • Serve as main point of contact internally and externally for client organizations
  • Manage day-to-day operations for digital direct marketing and lead generation programs
  • Prepare and lead regular weekly discussions with client teams to report results, develop concepts, review experiments, and make recommendations
  • Discuss overall progress to goals
  • Review direct marketing schedules & discuss messaging
  • Produce status updates
  • Analyze paid media results
  • Respond to client ideas with suggestions and recommendations
  • Respond to breaking and developing news with strategic narratives that maximize upside for clients
  • Manage client relationships with external organizations, campaigns and vendors

Strategy Development & Management

  • Develop and oversee implementation of digital strategy & branding for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop direct marketing schedules to achieve monthly, quarterly & cycle goals
  • Data Science Collaboration
  • Develop testing and experiments for direct marketing and paid media campaigns
  • Utilize results of testing and experiments to inform messaging, frequency and tone of direct marketing and paid media
  • Synthesize results to produce memos, recommendations and reporting for clients
  • Work with the team to execute list growth strategies, including: data brokerage, joint actions, list rentals
  • Creative Collaboration
  • Work with creative team to refine messaging, incorporating any relevant data
  • Manage messaging notes and direction from clients to ensure integration in creative process
  • Coordinate internal production calendar to ensure direct marketing schedule stays on track
  • Development Team Coordination
  • Manage process for development projects from client idea to build out to implementation, both long-term and immediate
  • Facilitate solutions for clients by assessing the issue and relaying to the dev team

Manage Day-to-Day Projects

  • Work with internal teams to make sure day to day operations are being handled
  • Production Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the production team on executing daily, weekly & monthly direct marketing production process
  • Oversee implementation of social media content development and execution

Skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient at time management including successfully prioritizing incoming requests from clients and other internal team members
  • Candidates should be able to handle multiple projects at once, work well under deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
