A top tier Virginia congressional race is seeking a Finance Director. The Finance Director will be a senior member of the staff and will be responsible for all aspects of the finance operation.
The Finance Director's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and staffing call time
- Building fundraising events
- Managing compliance and digital firms
- Executing donor research
- Supervising finance staff and interns
- Building and executing an aggressive finance plan
- Donor management
Qualifications:
· Applicants are expected to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with NGP is preferred
· One cycle of campaign experience
