High-profile Pennsylvania State Senate campaign in Philadelphia suburbs has an immediate opening for a campaign manager for a progressive Democrat who values diverse voices and .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Working with campaign consultants to design and execute campaign plan and strategy
- Implementing a fundraising program that includes call-time, events, online solicitations and more to ensure a well-resourced campaign
- Developing and implementing a field plan that involves candidate, volunteer, and campaign staff canvassing, as well as mobilize and recruit volunteers to meet voter contact goals
- Developing and implementing a political and outreach program to ensure we elevate candidate's profile
- Serving as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, developing and implementing a paid comms program
- Manage the candidate's schedule and staff her at events
Qualifications
- Two cycles of political campaign work preferred, at least one cycle minimum
- Applicants should be extremely organized and have ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work full time (40+ hours per week)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong VAN and NGP experience preferred
- Fast-learning, hard-working, team player is a must
Compensation:
Compensation commensurate with experience, but starts at $4,000 per month.
