Nevada GOTC Director
We're looking for a Get Out The Caucus (GOTC) Director to join our team in Nevada. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sharing Pete's vision, work well in fast-paced environments, and can effectively communicate within our team and across departments.

In this role you will collaborate with departments across our dynamic Nevada team, and take the lead on the Nevada GOTC program.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate on the development, implementation, and execution of a strong GOTC plan
- Work closely with other departments to develop GOTC goals, GOTC materials, & GOTC systems and structures
- Work with the operations team on the logistics of the GOTC program including locking staging locations, supply delivery, and staff placement
- Work with organizing team and leadership development team to support and train organizing staff and volunteers to implement the GOTC program
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ cycles of campaign experience, experience in Nevada preferred but not required
- Truly value a diversity of experiences and voices, you know it positively impacts outcomes, and you can point to times you've demonstrated this personally and professionally
- Never let a project go unfinished and can take something from inception to completion
- Work well under pressure, can prioritize ruthlessly and can maintain confidentiality in all that you do
- Are a driven problem solver who simply gets things done
- Value timeliness and understand the importance of capitalizing on a news cycle - no matter the time of day
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
