Survey researchers in the field to get a sense of what research is already underway
Synthesize available data, identify new critical areas of inquiry and focus, and make recommendations about what questions still need to be answered and how best to answer them
What we're looking for in you:
Well-versed in academic social science research, research methods, survey methods, statistical methods and data analysis
Experience conducting academically rigorous research
Ability to read scientific literature with a critical eye

Experience assessing the impact of various policy reforms through a research and data lens
Experience and ability to evaluate issues through a lens of racial equity and social justice
Ability to design and evaluate research methods to assess the impact of policy on different demographics
A strong data-centered orientation, and an ability to do data analysis in addition to evaluating research
Experience with election data and voter file data not required, but a plus
