We have an immediate opening for a full-time Field Director for a data-driven field operation for 2020 Congressional Elections (Primaries on February 4 and April 28) with the following:
Qualities/Qualifications:
- At least one cycle of experience as a field organizer/director for a congressional campaign, or an equivalent race.
- Expertise in using NGP VAN.
- Must have reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully relate to voters and volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics driven work environment.
Compensation:
- Pay to commensurate with experience. Supporter Housing available.
