Collective Action for Safe Spaces (CASS) is a grassroots organization that works to empower people in the DC metropolitan area to build a community free from public sexual harassment and assault.
CASS seeks to hire a full-time Deputy Director to partner with and support the Executive Director (ED) to chart CASS's future growth and strategic response to an ever-increasing demand for the organization's services. The Deputy Director will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from client and project management to administration and human capital. Specifically, the Deputy Director will manage the organization's grant-writing, operations, and administration while helping to sustain and grow programs. The Deputy Director will report to the CASS Board of Directors (BOD).
