Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive data driven statewide field plan and manage all aspects of the field program
Work with senior campaign staff to determine field strategy and goals for specific areas and timeframes
Coordinate voter registration efforts
Manage overall field operations, track performance, and prepare regular reports
Provide training and oversee regional directors and organizers
Ensure proper utilization of data
Qualifications
Experience and confidence in designing a field program at the congressional level or higher and/or deputy field director experience on a statewide program
Experience directing a robust, multilevel staff
Experience in organizing a large volunteer network in concert with overall field and political needs
Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets; knowledge of NGP/VAN required
