Northern Virginia Democratic Congressional campaign seeks Field Director for June 2020 Primary.
Responsibilities Include:
- Writing and executing a field plan, including persuasion and GOTV canvass programs.
- Developing universes for both persuasion and GOTV targets.
- Hiring and managing field organizers
- Working with local elected officials, activists, and volunteers.
Qualifications Include:
- At least one previous cycle of Congressional or Statewide field campaign experience, preferably in Virginia
- Competency in VAN
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work long hours and weekends
- Salary commensurate with experience
