Field Director
A US House candidate challenging a Democratic establishment
incumbent is looking for a FULL-TIME Field Director
Individual must be detail oriented, goal-driven, passionate, ambitious and fully committed to progressive values, including a workplace free of discrimination and harassment.
This is an exciting opportunity to be fully immersed in the
progressive wave of Primary challengers.
POSITION:
Field Director for US House Congressional Primary Challenger
LOCATION:
Must reside in Los Angeles, CA area or be willing to relocate immediately
Description / Duties:
Work with candidate and consultants to refine and execute campaign field strategy
Effectively manage field staff and volunteers in the most impactful way possible
Maintain high level of efficiency and organization
Willingness to work irregular hours and travel throughout the district as needed to be successful
*California political experience is highly desired
*Strong communication and writing skills
*Women, POC, LGBTQ+ encouraged to apply
Desired Experience:
Candidates should have at least two cycles of campaign experience. Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle of working as a field director, or at least 3 cycles of combination campaign experience in field operations. Ability to work campaign hours in a fast paced, metrics driven environment. Multi-lingual a plus.
COMPENSATION: Negotiable
