We are a progressive campaign firm working on a variety of projects and issues, including but not limited to candidate campaigns and ballot initiatives. We are seeking to hire our 2020 class of campaign directors!
Roles/Responsilities
Hiring, training, managing teams of field campaign staff
Working to develop the skills of your staff
Meet tight campaign goals and deadlines
Have fun and help your team understand the important work they are doing!
This position would require you to temporarily relocate to wherever the project is but the company covers all travel expenses and gives a generous $2,000 a month housing budget.
The starting salary is $1,000 per week, rental car and gas is provided along with Medical, dental, vision coverage options.
At least one prior cycle of involvement with a previous campaign is preferred but not required.
