To Apply:
Please email a resume and five hundred words as to why you're interested in being a part of the team to amelia@rogermisso.com. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Background:
Roger Misso is a Navy veteran, rural Democrat, and father of two. He's running for Congress in his home district, NY-24. Growing up in Central New York, Roger learned the values of hard work, fairness, and accountability–the same values he'll bring to Congress to work tirelessly to represent his neighbors and the entire NY 24 community. Roger graduated from the United States Naval Academy and was deployed twice to the Middle East. He trained with the Marine Corps in Yuma, Arizona, and was a part of one of the first airborne missions to combat ISIS in 2014. While in uniform, Roger served as an advocate for survivors of sexual assault, a defense assistant in the US House of Representatives, and chief speechwriter for the first African-American woman to hold the rank of four-star in the nation's history. Roger is running to bring a new generation of servant leadership to Congress. According to the Cook Political Report, this is the only Democratic-majority district in the country currently represented by a Republican. Join a young, scrappy, and hungry operation to finally flip this seat and build a government that works for everybody in NY-24.

Hours and Compensation:
This is a full-time fellowship. Long or flexible hours may be required at certain points during the campaign. This fellowship is available on a month-to-month basis and may be renewed through June 2020. Opportunities for advancement may be available. Fellows will receive a stipend of $1,000 per month. Housing is not provided although the campaign will work with Fellows to arrange supporter housing as available.
