ChatScale provides Democratic candidates, organizations, nonprofits and civic minded corporations with holistic, affordable peer-to-peer text messaging and digital organizing services. We provide clients with our web-based P2P texting application, strategy, campaign plans and, when needed, a labor force to deliver impactful communications. Our technology is built and tested by political campaign professionals with organizing and mobilization in mind.
Job Summary
The Program Manager will work with clients and our development team to execute peer-to-peer text messaging and digital organizing services for our clients. This position will be responsible for account services and management duties including informational meetings with prospective clients, onboarding new clients and assisting with the building and execution of texting and digital organizing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in digital organizing with a preference on managing volunteer or staff based peer to peer text messaging campaigns
Knowledge and experience in text campaign management best practices
Strong communication skills - 1:1 meetings, presentations, written materials, plans, trainings and strategy documents
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Software proficiency with programs such as Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Commitment to Democratic and Progressive values
Ability to work into the evening and on weekends when client work requires
Salary and Benefits
$54,000 annual salary
Eligible for a performance bonus
80% / 20% Employer Medical and Dental Insurance
12 paid vacation days per calendar year
6 paid sick days per calendar year
$75 per month cell phone stipend
Employment through 11/30/2020 with possibility of extension
