Start Date: July 2020
Hudson Valley Democratic Senate Campaign is seeking a Campaign Manager. Campaign Manager will lead the candidates' campaign operation, but are not limited to:
• Implement overall campaign strategy and work with consultant team
• Manage campaign political strategy and oversee endorsement process
• Manage candidate and develop campaign schedule
• Work closely with campaign team managing budget and fundraising consultants to ensure campaign is on track to hit fundraising goals
• Help oversee voter outreach and volunteer recruitment in campaign field plan
• Ability to write and implement a comprehensive, data driven field plan
• Establish a strong professional culture within the field organization focused on accountability, specific goals, innovation and sense of purpose
• Oversee Manage the field program budget and logistics in collaboration with senior staff
Qualifications:
Campaign field experience
• Experience managing and training high performing staffers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting frequent deadlines Experience with and ability to train on Votebuilder (VAN)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, showing attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; successful at motivating staff to meet recruitment and voter contact goals
• Access to a car and laptop
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
