The Outreach Team is a field firm specializing in face-to-face canvassing operations. We fuel the nation's leading groups to raise money, register voters, and engage people to participate in our democratic process.
We are currently seeking Voter Registration Canvassers and Team Leaders to join us on an important and exciting non-partisan campaign to help tens of thousands of people register to vote in the state of Wisconsin.
Voting is a fundamental right, and our pursuit of a truly representative democracy demands that we engage every eligible voter to register and vote in November, particularly members of underrepresented communities across the state.

Voter Registration Canvassers and Team Leaders will assist citizens in successfully and safely completing their voter registration applications. Canvassers will engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and most importantly safe manner to assist people registering to vote and answer any questions they may have.
Team Leaders will be responsible for managing a small group of canvassers out in the field. Team Leaders serve as the eyes and ears of the campaign, training canvassers and reporting to directors. They will ensure everyone in their group is set up in the correct place and with all of the necessary materials each day, and they will check in with their team throughout the day to evaluate skills and confirm proper health and safety measures are being followed. Team Leaders are responsible for debriefing with their team at the end of the day and ensuring proper data reporting.
COVID-19 has altered the political landscape, but one thing remains the same - we will need to have in-person conversations with people to register a lot of them to vote. Thankfully, we can do this safely. We will provide PPE and substantial health and safety training, and we have developed a canvassing protocol that will allow us to do this critical work while keeping our staff and the people in our communities safe.
We are hiring immediately. These positions will run through the mid-October registration deadline, with opportunities to potentially extend through the Election and beyond.
