Qualifications:
- Excellent persuasive writing skills
- At least 1-2 years experience of digital organizing with a political campaign or nonprofit organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects within the organization as well as with state and national partners.
- Experience with common graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of or experience with CRM tools like EveryAction, ActionKit, or Action Network a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Produces persuasive, emotionally evocative content designed to build greater civic engagement among everyday Floridians
- Drafts blast and targeted email content encouraging people to take action on major issues or to hold elected officials accountable
- Publishes landing pages for email actions or paid ad campaigns
- Creates graphics to be used in email campaigns, paid ad creatives, and associated website landing pages
- Produces social media content that corresponds to email or paid ad campaigns
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a 401k with up to a 5% match, health insurance, flexible work environment and paid time off. This is a permanent position with retention based on performance in the 2020 cycle.
