Alyse for Alaska is currently searching for a Mobilization Director to lead digital programs, scaled outreach programs, and other key initiatives. This remote position reports to the Campaign Manager and will work closely with the Alaska Democratic Party's field director for AK At-Large. The Mobilization Director will write digital voter contact scripts, design digital organizing programs and manage corresponding data, work with the field director on sequencing flow, trouble-shoot digital platforms with organizers and volunteers, and operationalize the campaign dialer as well as any additional virtual organizing platforms. Must be a self-starter and strongly motivated.

Responsibilities
Digital Organizing
 ● Design a creative and outcomes-driven digital organizing program and systems.
 ● Design and manage the campaign's digital volunteer recruitment through texting, online community engagement, and other digital programs to catalyze online to offline action 
● Design a plan and work with FOs to build and maintain volunteer community digitally and build and train digital volunteer leadership 
● Build and manage a team of part-time dialers to execute the campaign's ID program 
● Administer digital organizing tools and campaign data systems. 
● Train and support organizers and volunteers on digital organizing platforms including our texting and dialer platforms
● Other responsibilities as assigned
● Think and work creatively to expand the meaning of and possibilities for what "digital organizing" can mean and look like in 2020

Organizing Management
● Work with the the field director to design and implement the field, mobilization, and GOTV programs
● Train, coach, and manage organizers to meet and exceed team building, volunteer recruitment, and voter contact goals
● Help build a field team culture that is nurturing, innovative, hungry to learn, and inspired to win
● Develop, design, and maintain resources, trainings, and systems for the organizing team 
● Work with the field director to design and implement the GOTV program

Skills & Qualifications
 ● At least 1-2 cycles of electoral organizing or digital experience, or comparable experience in labor, community, or movement organizing
 ● Experience managing texting, digital, or data programs on electoral campaigns preferred  
 ● Team management experience preferred
 ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
 ● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting frequent and tight deadlines
 ● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds
 ● A strong collaborator and team player
 ● Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast paced, metrics-driven work environment
