looking for Campaign Canvassers and Team Leaders to join us in an effort to mobilize voters
to Vote Blue this fall. We will go door-to-door to inform the community about Democratic
candidates and help voters strategize their plan to cast their ballot. We have experience doing
this work during the COVID19 pandemic and have developed strict health and safety protocols
that include a contactless approach to keep our staff and communities safe - we provide all of
the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you will need and shifts are available 7 days a week!

We are hiring immediately. These positions will run through Nov. 3, staff can work 3-7
days a week
Locations: Greensboro & Raleigh, NC; Pittsburgh & Philadelphia Main Line, PA; Royal Oak, MI
Canvasser Responsibilities ($20-23/hr):
-Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner to inform them of
Democratic candidates, assist them to make a voting plan, and answer any questions
-Strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of PPE and compliance with
daily health and safety guidelines
Team Leader Responsibilities ($22-25/hr):
-The Canvasser Responsibilities plus:
-Manage a small group of canvassers out in the field by checking in with them periodically
throughout the day and debriefing with them at the end of the day
-Ensure each canvasser has all of the materials they need to be safe and successful
-Assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work
The ideal candidate is:
-Charismatic, energetic, and passionate about progressive politics and fostering democracy
-Experienced with providing customer service; you should enjoy working with other people and
be willing to speak with everyone
-Goal-oriented, determined, motivated and able to see the bigger picture
-A leader with experience, ability to motivate, grow, and meet goals
Prior canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
Pay and Benefits: Base pay is $20/hr for canvassers and $22/hr for team leaders with the
opportunity to earn $1.50 - $3 extra per hour through bonuses for working full-time. We also
offer a $10/day driver bonus and friend referrals ($200 per referral). Training is paid, we offer
sick pay, and health insurance is an option for all full-time staff (30+hours). At the end of the
campaign, there may be opportunities for advancement.
