Jerry Dickinson's top-tier Democratic congressional primary challenger campaign in PA-18 is seeking a motivated, hard-working Call Time Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Call Time Manager will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for a number of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Staffing the candidate during call time
- Tracking progress of the call time program and producing regular reports for candidate and senior staff
- Working with the Finance Director to help with fundraising events as needed
- Updating and executing many aspects of the Finance Plan
- Utilizing metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of the fundraising plan
- Identifying new donor prospects and cultivating current supporters with the aim of increasing the number and size of individual donations
- Preparing thank you letters and mail solicitations
- Helping with other aspects of the campaign as necessary
REQUIRED:
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work long and irregular hours
- Attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- A laptop and cellphone
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Ability to relocate to western Pennsylvania
- Passion for electing progressives
