Finance Fellowship Description
The
O' Say Can You See PAC (Governor Martin O'Malley – Democrat, MD) is
currently seeking a finance fellow to join the team in the DC office,
beginning January 2015. This fellowship opportunity is perfect for
recent college graduates and graduate students
who are interested in getting a career started in politics and
developing experience in the exciting world of political campaigns and
fundraising.
This fellowship is a full-time position, and a stipend will be provided.
Fellow responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Assisting with event planning
· Donor research
· Drafting briefings
· Donor correspondence
· Outreach strategy research projects
· Database maintenance
· Helping with call-time
· Office operations
· Managing interns
Qualifications:
· Previous campaign or political internship experience
· Familiarity with MS Office
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
· Excellent written and communication skills.
· Prior fundraising experience and/or experience using the NGP compliance database is a plus.
