Progressive voter contact firm located in Washington, D.C., is seeking Field Directors for the 2016 election cycle.


Responsibilities may include:


  • Developing field planning timelines and resource allocation
  • Managing two to ten field staff
  • Building and maintaining target universes in VAN
  • Preparing nightly reports for senior campaign staff and clients
  • Recruiting and training field organizers and canvassers
  • Overseeing quality control programs including data entry
  • Serving as point of contact for campaign with local political leaders



Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:


  • Self-motivation and commitment to progressive causes
  • Willingness to relocate (travel and accommodations will be provided)
  • Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and cooperatively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven success at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work campaign hours
