RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Event Assistance: Develops schedules, timelines, and plans for fundraising events. As well as staffing events.
- · Research: Provides research for all fundraising efforts, including current and prospective donors. This includes call sheet production and briefing materials.
- · Office Management: Responsible for working with Finance Director to update schedules/calendars, hire and manage intern team, and ensure organization and efficiency throughout the office.
- · Database Maintenance- Updating database records, call log and pledge tracking.
- · Reports to Finance Director for specific projects and for all other duties
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- · 1-2 years' campaign fundraising experience. Pennsylvania political fluency and campaign experience is required. Working knowledge of Pennsylvania donors, Democratic elected officials, and labor leaders is preferred.
- · Extensive call time and candidate management experience is preferred.
- · Must have intimate knowledge of NGP, spreadsheets, Word, etc..
- · Self-starter, highly-motivated, willingness and ability to take initiative and follow-through.
- · Ability to demonstrate professionalism and patience in a high-pressure, fast-pace environment.
