Job Description:
The party is seeking passionate and experienced organizers to implement an ALL-NEW field program in 2016. Organizers will work to strengthen the party's grassroots connections and support party activists at the local level. Regional Organizers will be essential in developing the grassroots organization necessary for Democratic Candidates to win in 2016 and for the long-term success of the Indiana Democratic Party.
About the Indiana Democratic Party:
The Indiana Democratic Party is devoted to electing Democratic candidates at every level of government across Indiana. Led ny Chairman John Zody, Democratic Party members are working towards electing leaders who will effectively serve all Hoosiers.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Reliable transportation, phone and computer
· One cycle (or the equivalent) of political organizing experience
· Passion for improving community and a strong desire to elect Democratic candidates
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
· Capability to work independently
· Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply
