Job Title: Communications & Media Outreach Associate
Duration: 5 month contract with option to extend

Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) is a strategic communications and public affairs firm seeking a Communications & Media Outreach Associate. Our clients span across industries, including NGOs, private sector, and government, with a special focus on national security, international relations, and campaign-related projects.
The Communications & Media Outreach Associate will assist with day-to-day client activities, including outreach, stakeholder engagement, media relations, communications support, policy and stakeholder research, database management, writing documents and memos, and more.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Help execute a media strategy to raise the profile of an international organization focused on security, integrity and transparency in sport around the world.
Help develop target media lists, handle reporter pitches, and work to build a relationship with print, TV and radio reporters in the US and internationally;
Help build and implement the project's social media strategy, including daily maintenance of social media platforms, content development and promotional ad buys on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.;
Provide planning and logistical support for news media events including forums, press conferences and a large conference in NYC in November;
Provide editorial assistance on press materials such as press releases, statements, talking points, op-eds, online content and other written commentary.
Assist in other daily press office affairs such as media monitoring, clips compilation and prep.
