Deputy Finance Director Responsibilities:
- Staffing and organizing fundraising events
- Donor research and prospecting
- Work with finance team on upkeep and maintenance of campaign database
- Help with call time management
- Assisting with follow-up from call time, events and other outstanding items as needed
- Assisting with all aspects of fundraising and other campaign events
- Other duties as needed
Deputy Finance Director Qualifications:
- Previous finance/fundraising experience preferred but not required
- Highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
- Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis
- A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a lot of projects simultaneously and cheerfully
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel especially) required
- Access to reliable transportation required
- Knowledge of NGP or other database type software preferred
