*Targeted SoCal Congressional Campaign seeks Finance Director*

 
This is a potential red-to-blue district targeted by the DCCC that Hillary Clinton carried in 2016. You will have the opportunity to organize and run a competitive campaign in one of the top Democratic pickup opportunities in the country in 2018. Must be able to relocate to Southern California. Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately. 
 
 *Campaign Manager Duties*
 
· Manage a network of volunteer and paid staff and personally oversee the day-today operations of a growing and competitive campaign

· Work with the consultants and the finance team on executing the finance plan and campaign plans

· Work with the digital consultants and the social media team on executing the digital operations

· Attend community and political events on behalf of the campaign
  
· Work with compliance firm to ensure proper filing 
of FEC reports 
 
· Staff candidate at events and meetings as required

 *Qualifications*
 
· Candidates should have at least once cycle of management/director level experience on a congressional, state legislative or other large campaigns

· Strong organizing skills and/or labor background is preferred

· Connections and knowledge of SoCal politics is a plus
 
· Knowledge of NGP, PDI, Google Docs, and MS Office including MS Excel preferred
 
· Candidates should have a car
 
· Be willing to work full time
 
· Be willing to relocate to Southern California

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be well-organized under pressure with competing deadlines
 
 Salary is commensurate with experience.
