The Monmouth County Democratic Party is seeking a full-time Campaign Aide for its Tinton Falls office. This individual will provide the Party, consultants, and candidates with assistance in all aspects of their campaigns.
Job: Full-Time
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Scheduling
- Organizing and executing fundraisers
- Following up with pledgers and donors
- Managing fundraising call time with candidate
- Attending various events on behalf of the campaigns
- Staffing candidates at events
- Managing website and social media for campaign
- Assisting in the campaign's field operation
- Creating and maintaining campaign databases
- Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers
- Responding to other campaign related tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years of competitive campaign experience
- New Jersey resident preferred
- Experience in recruiting and training volunteers
- Familiarity with VAN
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Applicant must be highly organized
- Applicant must have an outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Applicant must be a true self-starter
