Progressive Democratic candidate for Montgomery County Executive is seeking a Field Director for a June 26 Primary. Applicants must have prior experience as a Field Director or Field Organizer.
- In consultation with the campaign team, create and coordinate earned media events
- Organize the training and efforts of grassroots volunteers
- Manage volunteers and projects, and build relationships with partners
- Meet with key activists and build supporter base
- Engage in direct voter contact outreach through methods such as door-to-door canvassing and phone banking
- Evening and weekend availability necessary
- This is a full time, temporary position; salary commensurate with experience
- Fluency in VAN
- Experience with Slack, GSuite, Microsoft Office Suite and other field tools is desirable
- Other duties as required
- Candidate must have use of a car through the election.
