RALLY Campaigns (http://rally.vote/) is looking for two people to fill campaign coordinator positions on two different Oakland City Council races.
Both positions are part-time and will pay a generous monthly stipend. Great for recent graduates looking to dive into Bay Area / California politics.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage candidate's calendar and broader campaign schedule;
- Conduct fundraising call-time with candidate and coordinate list management under direction from the lead political consultant;
- Manage field and volunteer program to meet or exceed canvass metrics;
- Support efforts to secure endorsements;
- Track and represent candidate as appropriate at community meetings, legislative hearings, and civic/neighborhood activity;
- Manage social media channels and the campaign email account; and
- Work directly with campaign consultants to execute overall campaign strategy and plan.
