Regional GOTV Director
Description: The JB for Governor campaign is seeking Regional GOTV Directors to join a statewide program in Illinois. The Regional GOTV Director will report directly to the Deputy GOTV Director and will be essential to implementing a successful GOTV program. The Regional GOTV Director will work with Regional Field Directors to understand logistical needs, and will be responsible for supporting the work of the Field team and assisting the Deputy GOTV Director in managing the regional Get-Out-The-Vote program.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Assist in program implementation in support of Field team
● Coordinate with departments on behalf of their assigned region to ensure Field team has necessary support
● Search for and secure staging locations, and ensure locations have necessary materials and supplies
● Assist with implementation of GOTV program
● Event management
● Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
● At least one cycle of experience on a Field team
● High attention to detail
● Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and clear deadlines
● Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
● Proficiency with Google Suite
● Ability to work long, irregular hours in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment
● Ability to work independently and in team settings
