Pramila for Congress is seeking a Finance Director to help execute the campaign's finance plan through 2020. The Finance Director will work closely with the campaign manager to manage and implement call time programs, low and high dollar events both in-district and nationally, low dollar phone program, digital fundraising, and donor prospecting and research. Other core functions may include hiring and managing volunteers and interns, and other administrative duties as required.
This position can be based in Seattle, WA or Washington, D.C.
Desired Skills:
At least one cycle as a Deputy Finance Director or Finance Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NGP
Experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations (including call time, events, compliance, digital, and low-dollar phone programs)
Organized and creative with strong attention to detail and follow through
Willing to work long hours, evenings, and weekends
Travel as required for national events
Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced campaign environment
Have a can-do attitude and a commitment to changing the world
Strong ties to Seattle or Washington State are a plus
Salary based on experience.
